2001 - ff	Consultant in my own company Vägvisarna Conducts trainings, seminars, individual coaching, therapies and counselling. Main group of subjects: Global awareness, management, personal growth, self-knowledge, communication, relations and conflict structures.
2000 - 01	Consultant in Human Resource. Aptus Agent The same kind of work and assignments as while working in my own company – Vägvisarna. Wrote a management book: Sex at work – A matter of management. Ekerlids Publishing House 2001.
1993 - 00	Consultant in my own company Vägvisarna. Conducts trainings, seminars, individual coaching, therapies and counseling. Main group of subjects: Global awareness, management, personal growth, self-knowledge, communication, relations and conflict structures.
1989 - 93	Intermediate level teacher Kjula school, junior and intermediate level school in Eskilstuna municipality. Was responsible for a major structural change involving all classes together with one colleague.
1988 - 89	Developing concepts in my own consultant company, Vägvisarna Mainly educational concepts with aim towards management.
1981 - 88	In charge of the residence for maladjusted adults, groups and workshops. Started together with 8 joint owners a combined communal living and therapy center ”Kursbyn Korpberget” in Ångermanland Sweden. The workshops and groups were in subjects like: communication, team development personal growth and relations. The residence for maladjusted adults was mainly aimed at refugees. Today the center is working with treatment of addicts according to the Minnesota model.
1977 - 81	Maternity vacancy
1975 - 76	Project leader Research project at Educational Testing Services, Berkeley California, with the assignment to find alternative senior level school systems for minority students in middle class schools. The result was a school system with integrated studies, work, and personal tutors for the students. The system was used during the late seventies and the eighties in some 20 school districts in Northern California.
	Personal
	Some typical characteristics of mine: The ability to give most issues new approaches – I always aim to find one more aspect. Understanding in it´s original meaning – the ability of engagement in other peoples reactions Emphatic – I do what I say and I say what I do. Straight forward - sharp, clear or bitchy depending on who is interpreting.
	Private
	I am married and have six grown up children, one bonus daughter and ten grand children. My leisure time is mostly spent with “la familia”. If time is given I sail, read novels, spend time in the nature and attend cultural events.
