	Work experience
1985 - ff	Started and developed his own consult company, Vägvisarna Main areas of conduct: management, personal growth, self-knowledge, communication, relations and conflict structures. Robert Seton has developed two concepts over the years, both have been used both in privat companies and official organisations. The concepts are: TMM Teamwork, Management and Methodical problemsolving. The aim is to achieve a so called learning organisation. GROTH a personal groth program design for new managers. The program runs over a year. Robert Seton has also published a book on the topic of Relationships and is responsible for an web site with the same topic: www.relationssajten.se
1981 - 88	In charge of groups and workshops at Kursbyn Korpberget. Started together with 8 joint owners a combined communal living and therapy center.” Kursbyn Korpberget” in Ångermanland Sweden. The workshops and groups were in subjects like: communication, team development personal growth and relations. The residence for maladjusted adults was mainly aimed at refugees. Today the center is working with treatment of addicts according to the Minnesota model.
1978 - 81	Teacher Junior high school Remedial teacher and responsible for a group of maladjusted pupils in a junior high school. Täby Stockholm.
	Personal
	Some prominent aspects of my personality is: Persistense combined with patience and reflection gives me the platform to achive what I want, sometimes in uncommon ways. I´m also comfortable with shifting between the general and the individual/specific angel in discussions and reasoning.
	Private
	Im married and have three grown up children, four bonus children and seven grand children. My leisure time is mostly spent with “la familia”. I´m an experienced yachtsman since 40 years, I read a lot and I don´t play golf.
