Therapy
We work with Humanistic Psychology. During the process the therapist helps the client to investigate issues on a deeper level. Issues which are private and difficult for the client to tackle by him/herself . Often it is a question of events and relationships that I think I have left behind me, but instead the events or relationships stand in the way of the life I want to live.
Therapy can also be a way to actively explore new avenues and opportunities to manage one's life. The therapeutic work is also about recognition, acceptance, reconciliation and moving forward with one's own story.
Going into therapy is a commitment above all to one's self and the life one wants to live.
