Education

We conduct training in the areas of personal development, leadership development and relationships. The base of our courses can be found in our development program called VÄXA (GROW). The program consists of 16 - 20 training days and lasts for one year. We have implemented the VÄXA program in about 10 different organizations and businesses.

Other courses we conduct have a length from 1 to 6 days.

The question we face for every educational assignment is: What should have happened when the course is completed?
